During Armified’s beta test phase, we have provided essential tools necessary to help Soldiers complete the evaluation process faster. Armified was created on the philosophy of providing Soldier’s information with minimum input for maximum output. Not only that, Armified was intended to help teach Soldier's how to become better leaders when it comes to the performance management system. Understanding the toolsets below and what they are meant for will help make navigating the site easier.
Based on the search page the user intended to utilize, there will be a common trait, which most pages will share. This consist of either checkboxes, dropdown, or search boxes for a specific section. Each category is different for every search page but serve a specific role when completing the evaluation.
Every page will have a main search box, which will have the ability to highlight any letters that the user decides to input within the database. The user can either utilize this function along with filtering categories or by itself. The search box is very specific and is intended to be used to search keywords and concepts.
The bullet point search page contains a repository of bullet point statements. A Soldier can either filter by the 6-evaluation categories, which is typically needed on an NCOER/OER/Support Form or by the MOS. The intent of this page is to help Soldiers find baseline statement to work off of instead of starting from zero. Armified encourages Soldier not to simply copy & paste, but instead improve upon the content provided.
Searching a duty position can be done by either selecting an option in the dropdown menu or looking up an MOS/keyword on the search bar. Content in the duty description should be used while searching for tasks and bullet statements.
When it comes to a bullet point statement, the task is the most important aspect, because it shows what the Soldier has done for the unit. The search is broken down by individual task and collective task. Individual task relates to schools and MOS. Collective task looks up both proponents and echelon. Proponents can be viewed as a generalized unit types, such as infantry, medical, engineer, etc. The echelon is the organizational levels, which can be used to look up specific levels of task related to a Soldier.
